Great value for money with a good location in the city centre, easy to access all shops and local restaurants. the hotel offers a decent breakfast with fresh fruits and tea and coffee facilities in the room were very convenient.
The hotel is quite outdated and can use a renovation, the bathroom was not properly cleaned and there were some stains on the towels. the staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and did not go out of their way to assist with any of our queries.

I recently had a very pleasant stay in this hotel in a comfortable room with a small balcony. The hotel lobby was impressive and well-lit, and the check-in process was efficient with a refreshing glass of orange juice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the manager assisted me in arranging a rented automobile and driver. The room had all the basic amenities I needed, including a refrigerator and good water pressure. The breakfast was decent with fresh fruit available. Additionally, the hotel's location in the city center made it convenient for exploring the area.

The hotel had a beautiful garden with a refreshing pool and a well-equipped gym. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast had a great variety of local dishes. The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient for exploring the nearby mall, traditional markets, and museum.
The rooms were a bit tired looking and some had issues with the air conditioning not being cold enough. The early morning prayers from the nearby mosque could be disruptive for light sleepers.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Mataram. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms on the 3rd level were spacious and well-equipped, complete with refrigerators and comfortable, oversized beds. Plus, the location in the city center was convenient for exploring. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast options offered.
Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city center. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the bed was super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a water theme park just behind the hotel, providing plenty of fun and entertainment for both children and adults. Moreover, the staff were extremely polite and courtesy towards us, making us feel valued and taken care of during our entire stay.
